What to Expect After Booking…
A $100 non-refundable down payment is required at time of booking. This is included in the original bonfire package price and the remaining balance will be due the morning of your scheduled fire.
Refunds (minus the $100 non-refundable down payment) will be granted due to inclement weather conditions if the customer decides to cancel before equipment has been set up on the beach. Once bonfire set up has started there will be no refunds issued.
A weather call will be made at 3 p.m. on the day of your scheduled bonfire. Wind speeds over 15mph will cause cancellation.
